Role Overview: We?re seeking an experienced Senior Flutter Developer to enhance our cutting-edge mobile application, develop new features, and ensure optimal performance and compliance with healthcare standards. Responsibilities: Develop and optimize Aletha Health?s Flutter mobile application Architect complex UI components and manage app state efficiently Implement offline-first functionality and advanced features (biometrics, video delivery, RBAC) Integrate with AWS services (Cognito, AppSync, Lambda, etc.) Ensure compliance with HIPAA and accessibility standards Contribute technical expertise to healthcare-focused app enhancements Qualifications: Bachelor?s/Master?s in Computer Science or related field 5+ years mobile development; extensive Flutter/Dart experience Healthcare domain knowledge (HIPAA, data privacy) Proficiency in state management (BLoC, Provider, Riverpod, Redux) Experience with local databases (Hive, Isar, SQLite), RESTful APIs, GraphQL On-site availability required (no remote work) Preferred: Previous health/fitness app experience Familiarity with AWS Amplify, Cognito, AppSync, Firebase Analytics, HealthKit, Google Fit Experience with biometric authentication, RBAC, adaptive streaming, video content, and telehealth integrations Understanding of ML-based personalization and user engagement features Why Join Us: Innovative healthcare-focused product impacting global wellness Competitive compensation, stock options and growth opportunities Collaborative, inclusive culture in a growing tech team Apply today and help us revolutionize digital healthcare!
