About the Role We are looking for a creative and skilled Flutter Developer with 2?3 years of hands-on experience in building, testing, and deploying high-quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS . If you enjoy turning ideas into beautiful, high-performance apps and love owning your work end-to-end, this role is perfect for you. You will be building for : ?? farmers ????? factory/industry managers ?? biofuel manufacturers ??? government regulators ?? investors & policy analysts ?? Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile apps using Flutter & Dart. Build responsive, smooth, and high-performance UIs that work across Android and iOS. Deploy apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including handling certificates, signing, and release processes. Convert design concepts into pixel-perfect screens using design systems and best practices. Collaborate with necessary teams to deliver end-to-end features. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry standards. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance to ensure a seamless user experience. Stay updated with Flutter best practices, plugins, tools, and innovations. Bring new ideas and creative thinking to improve app quality and user experience. ??? Required Skills & Experience 2?3 years of hands-on experience with Flutter and mobile app development. Strong command of Dart, Flutter architecture, state management (Provider, Bloc, GetX, Riverpod). Solid understanding of Android & iOS build/deployment processes (Play Store & App Store). Experience using Firebase, REST APIs, and integrating third-party plugins. UI/UX mindset with experience using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools. Good knowledge of mobile design principles and guidelines (Material Design, Human Interface Guidelines). Experience with Git, CI/CD, and mobile testing tools. Ability to think critically, solve problems, and innovate. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. ?? Preferred Skills Experience with animations, custom widgets, and advanced UI techniques. Understanding of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift). Experience with push notifications, analytics, and performance monitoring. Knowledge of deployment pipelines (Fastlane, Codemagic). ??
