Fluent OMS Developer

Job Description

SKillsets Requried Minimum 4 years of eCommerce/OMS experience. 3+ years of Fluent Commerce/Blue Yonder/Manhattan Active Omni / Sterling OMS experience is a must. Fluent Commerce being the preferred one. Good knowledge of OMS master data set ups, Inventory / Availability, Order Orchestration, Integrations related all inbound, outbound transactions to and from OMS system. Knowledge of integrating upstream downstream systems like eComm, ERP, Store Systems, Payment Gateways, Data Lake, DSVs, 3PL etc. Must have knowledge working on custom modules like CSR for Returns / Appeasements, Drop Ship Management, Observability etc. Good hands on experience in developing enterprise microservices applications, Java Springboot being the preferred one. NodeJS based microservices / serverless functions can also be considered. Good hands on experience in at least one of the Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP). Knowledge of event driven architecture and reactive microservices programming will be an added advantage. Should be aware of general cloud services like API Gateways, Serverless Functions, Message Broker services like Event Bus/Event Bridge/Kafka/Kinesis etc. Good knowledge of API concepts, technologies such as REST, JSON, GraphQL and Swagger. Knowledge of integrations via API?s and third-party systems (specifically Payment gateway, Fraud check, Address Validations, Tax services etc). Strong knowledge of latest web technologies, CI/CD concepts etc. Good knowledge of in memory / distributed caching mechanisms like Spring/EhCache or Redis. Knowledge of NFR aspects of the project including but not limited to TPS, response times, application sizing and scaling for peak periods, performance tuning in a high velocity / throughput client ecosystem etc. Good Retail domain knowledge. Proficient in Agile methodologies and JIRA. Proficient in Branching Strategy, parallel release, code repo management, pipeline modelling etc using tools like Bitbucket / Github etc. Good knowledge of CI / CD aspects including containerized deployments using EKS, AKS or GKE. Preferred Qualifications: Good knowledge working on cloud native environments. Added advantage if having experience in integration layers Kafka, Kinesis, payload transformations, adhering to NFRs using the message broker etc. Professional Skill Requirements: Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Desire to work in an information systems environment. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
