CAR WORKSHOP FLOOR SUPERVISOR

We are seeking an experienced CAR WORKSHOP FLOOR SUPERVISOR to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in car servicing, diagnostic repairs, and team handling. The role requires excellent technical leadership, planning, and organizational skills, as well as a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the car workshop floor team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Oversee the allocation of work to team members, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement plans to improve workshop efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of customer service excellence, ensuring that customers receive a positive experience throughout their interaction with the workshop.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements

3-6 years of experience in a car workshop or related industry.
Strong knowledge of car servicing, diagnostic repairs, and technical leadership.
Excellent team handling and work allocation skills.
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Customer service excellence and orientation, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
