Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mangaluru for a Floor Manager. The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring an optimal customer experience and smooth workflow. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, managing operations, and developing and training team members to maintain and enhance performance standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service skills, and ability to address customer needs effectively
• Excellent Communication skills to interact with both customers and team members
• Experience in Operations Management to handle daily activities and maintain efficiency
• Ability to train and mentor team members to enhance workplace competence
• Leadership skills to inspire and lead the team
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in retail or a related industry is a plus
