Floor Manager – Blow Moulding & Injection Moulding

Location: Chopanki, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan

S-CCI India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of automotive fluids and plastic packaging for major OEMs. We are expanding our manufacturing operations and are looking for an experienced, hands-on Floor Manager to lead our Blow Moulding and Injection Moulding operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production of HDPE blow moulding and injection moulding operations.
• Lead production teams to achieve quality, productivity, and efficiency targets.
• Set up, monitor, and optimize processing parameters on blow moulding machines.
• Diagnose and resolve processing issues related to parison formation, wall thickness distribution, cooling, flash, dimensional accuracy, cycle time, and product quality.
• Read bottle drawings and convert design requirements into optimum machine settings.
• Identify root causes of production defects and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Work closely with tool room, maintenance, quality, and production planning teams.
• Train operators and supervisors in best processing practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and material utilization.

Desired Experience

Candidates should possess strong practical experience on one or more of the following equipment:

• Uniloy blow moulding machines
• Automa blow moulding machines
• PARKER blow moulding machines
• ASB moulding machines

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong understanding of parison control and wall thickness programming.
• Ability to interpret bottle drawings and determine the appropriate processing strategy.
• Thorough knowledge of moulding defects, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Experience with HDPE processing and production of technical containers.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage shop-floor teams.
