📍 Location: Gurgaon

💼 Experience: 2–4 Years

We are looking for a Associate Simulator Technician with experience in Full Flight Simulators, Aircraft Maintenance, or Defense Aviation Systems to support advanced training devices and simulator operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of Full Flight Simulators and training devices.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware, software, and simulator components.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and test simulator systems and associated equipment.
• Conduct pre-operation, post-operation, and functional inspections of training devices.
• Support engineers in fault isolation, system testing, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain simulator hardware spares inventory and technical documentation.
• Update courseware, training schedules, and learning management system records.
• Generate management reports and support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted training operations and contractual service delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

✔ 2–4 years of experience on Multi-Jet Full Flight Simulators, Defense Aircraft Simulators, or Aircraft Mission Systems

✔ Experience with C-17 aircraft mission systems is an advantage

✔ Strong troubleshooting skills in computer, networking, and electronic systems

✔ Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills

Qualification:

🎓 B.E./B.Tech. or Bachelor's Degree with Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (AME) Diploma.
