This is a full-time, on-site Fleet Manager role based in Gurgaon. The Fleet Manager will oversee daily fleet operations and ensure compliance with transportation regulations. Responsibilities include managing fleet performance, optimizing logistics processes, coordinating vehicle maintenance, supervising drivers, and ensuring timely and safe deliveries.

• Strong knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance requirements
• Expertise in Fleet Management and Fleet Operations
• Proven experience in Operations Management for logistics or transportation
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess metrics and improve operations
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with logistics management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industry best practices is a plus
