Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, encompassing multiple positions, including First Class Operator, Second Class Boiler Attendant, Mechanical Fitter, Shift In-Charge, Electrical Engineer, and Site In-Charge. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safety compliance, managing shifts, supervising staff, and ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of renewable energy systems. Selected candidates will work collaboratively to ensure project success and maximize system performance.

Qualifications

• Operational expertise, including experience as a First Class Operator or Second Class Boiler Attendant
• Mechanical skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, relevant to the role of a Mechanical Fitter
• Knowledge in electrical systems, wiring, and diagnostics, suited for Electrical Engineer responsibilities
• Strong leadership abilities for Shift In-Charge or Site In-Charge roles, including staff management and task delegation
• Sound understanding of safety protocols, energy system management, and compliance standards
• Relevant technical certifications or licenses for roles such as Boiler Attendant or Electrical Engineer
• Hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector is highly desirable
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
