Leadership skills to manage both on shore and offshore team of diverse staff. High computing skills Strong technical knowledge. Knowledge of sanction monitoring system. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with other data visualization tools. Familiarity with other regulatory reporting tools and software. Professional certifications from Oracle university in Oracle database. Functional Responsibilities Be responsible for the monitoring, implementation, and maintenance of Compliance Systems in accordance with regulatory standards. Ensure ongoing performance monitoring of compliance systems, with a focus on minimizing false positives to maintain operational efficiency. Ensure ongoing tuning of system parameters through statistical methods. Ensure parameters are thoroughly tested prior to deployment in production. Automate and improve system related processes and controls. Proactively identify discrepancies within compliance systems, communicate findings to Senior Management, and follow through to ensure timely and effective resolution. Maintain daily reporting of system performance metrics to the Head of Compliance Projects, Systems & Data, supporting informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Document and track all change requests received for optimizing the operational processes Perform tuning activities for FircoSoft?s Payment Screening and Name Screening modules. Conduct Algorithm Testing to validate detection logic and ensure optimal performance. Execute Completeness Validation Checks to ensure all relevant data is screened appropriately. Develop and optimize screening rules using FircoSoft modules: FMM (Firco Filtering Manager) FUM (Firco User Manager) FFF Classic (Firco Filtering Framework) Analyze and reduce False Positives while maintaining detection accuracy. Collaborate with Compliance and IT teams to align tuning strategies with regulatory requirements Maintain documentation of tuning changes, test results, and rule updates. Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing evidence of tuning effectiveness. Strong hands-on experience with FircoSoft solutions, especially FMM, FUM, and FFF Classic. Proficiency in rule writing, including syntax, logic structuring, and impact analysis. Deep understanding of Sanctions Screening, AML Compliance, and Regulatory Requirements. Experience in False Positive Analysis and Reduction Techniques. Familiarity with screening algorithms and data validation methodologies. Ability to interpret and apply watchlist data (OFAC, UN, EU, etc.) effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent documentation and communication abilities.
