Must-Have

• Proven experience in technology leadership within the stock broking or financial services industry
• Strong knowledge of fintech platforms, trading systems, and financial software
• Excellent team management, strategic planning, and project execution skills
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance and security standards in financial markets
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Ability to work onsite in India and lead cross-functional teams effectively
