Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and finance-savvy Financial Content & Video Creator who can write compelling finance content and confidently present it on camera.

This is a Full time role combining content writing + short-form video creation, ideal for someone who understands financial concepts and can transform complex topics into engaging blogs, scripts, and reels.

You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to create educational, SEO-friendly, and brand-aligned content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Written Content Creation

• Write clear, engaging, and well-structured content for blogs, social media, websites, email campaigns, and more
• Research industry-related topics and trends to create fresh, original content
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content with brand goals
• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, grammar, tone, and SEO optimization
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content formats
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements

 Short-Form Video Creation

• Develop and shoot 8–10 short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) per month.
• Confidently present on camera with clear, concise communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm concepts and scripts.
• Ensure content aligns with brand voice and financial compliance guidelines.
• Assist in basic post-production/editing (optional but preferred).

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in content writing, content creation, fintech, media, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts (mutual funds, SIPs, markets, budgeting, investing).
• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with awareness of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts trends.
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
• Team player with collaborative attitude.

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience in fintech or finance content.
• Familiarity with SEO tools.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Experience handling Instagram or YouTube content formats.
