We are building a next-generation advertising, marketplace, and SDK-first middleware ecosystem where finance, compliance, governance, and operational integrity are deeply integrated into platform infrastructure.

This role is not designed as a traditional back-office finance or legal position.

The Finance, Accounts, Compliance & Legal Operations Associate will work across financial systems, governance workflows, marketplace operations, settlement infrastructure, auditability systems, and cross-functional execution processes that support a rapidly evolving advertising technology ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Finance & Accounts Operations

• Support reconciliation and financial tracking workflows
• Maintain operational financial records and audit readiness
• Assist with campaign-level accounting and settlement validation
• Monitor wallet allocation and payout workflows
• Coordinate reporting and financial documentation
• Help maintain operational accuracy across financial systems
  
  

Compliance & Governance

• Support operational compliance workflows
• Maintain documentation and evidence trails
• Assist with KYC and verification processes
• Monitor policy adherence across operational activities
• Participate in governance and audit workflows
• Support fraud prevention and operational review processes
  
  

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work with engineering teams to understand operational systems
• Coordinate with product and operations teams on execution workflows
• Collaborate with enterprise and publisher teams during escalations
• Maintain operational clarity across stakeholders
• Independently manage assigned workflows and responsibilities
• Support structured communication across departments
  
  

Documentation & Process Management

• Create and maintain process documentation
• Organize operational reports and records
• Maintain structured governance workflows
• Improve operational efficiency through process refinement
• Help establish scalable operational systems for growth
