Role Description We are seeking a Financial Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing financial software solutions. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, applying analytical and programming skills to build robust applications, and staying updated on financial and software industry trends. The role requires developing and testing software, addressing technical challenges, and ensuring optimal performance to meet organizational goals in the financial domain. Qualifications Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts and Software Development Proficiency in Programming with a focus on developing scalable financial solutions Solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and translate it into technological solutions Understanding of Finance principles and their application within software systems Problem-solving mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance, or a related field Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus
