Job Title: Financial Planning and Analyst

Location: Noida

Candidate Specification& Job Responsibilities

Candidate should have 5+ Years of experience in Financial Planning.

Candidate should have experience in Forecasting & Budget Ownership, Financial Modelling & Scenario Analysis and Business Partnering

Own budgeting/forecasting cycles and ad‑hoc analysis for an assigned scope

Monitor and report Net Margin budget, forecast and prior year variances and address any anomalies, providing detailed commentary

Ensure customer reporting accuracy at EOM and Cost center level

Translate complex financials into insights; prepare executive‑ready outputs

Lead variance analysis and provide executive-level insights

Working with Finance Partners to Ensure Forecast accuracy, through reconciliations to Business Plans

Build scenarios/ROI assessments/sensitivity analysis; partner with onshore stakeholders

Contribute to standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of reporting

Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of financial data and support ad-hoc financial analysis and business requests

Candidate should be flexible working in any shifts.
