FULL REMOTE

Project-based / Temporary role (3–4 months)

Client: Large US-based technology company

Industry: Digital platforms/people development/B2B SaaS

Location: Remote

Compensation: USD 3,000 – 5,000 / month

We are looking for an FP&A Manager (project-based) to support our US-based client — a large technology company operating a digital platform focused on professional and personal development.

This role is temporary (3–4 months) and fully hands-on, focused on operational FP&A support during a transition period.

What you'll be doing:

Monitor and control budget execution across multiple teams
Track actuals vs budget, prepare variance explanations
Support payment control and day-to-day financial discipline
Prepare monthly management reports
Support short-term forecast updates
Work closely with finance and business stakeholders to ensure data accuracy

What we're looking for:

3–6+ years of experience in FP&A / financial controlling / management accounting
Experience in software / IT / tech companies is a strong plus
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
Hands-on experience with budgeting, plan vs actuals, payment control
Ability to work independently in a structured and reliable way
English at a working / professional level

Strong advantage (nice to have):

Experience with FP&A, ERP, or BI tools such as:

Anaplan
Workday Adaptive Planning
Abacum
SAP / Oracle
Power BI, Looker, Tableau

(Experience with any of these tools is a plus, not a requirement.)
