Financial Planning Analyst

Hiring: Senior FP&A Analyst / Senior Specialist Finance

We are looking for an experienced FP&A professional to join our growing finance team and support global business operations in a fast-paced shared services environment. This role offers strong exposure to financial planning, reporting, analytics, automation, and stakeholder management while working closely with international teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client billing, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and P&L reporting
• Develop KPI dashboards and leadership reports with actionable insights
• Partner with operations and finance teams to support business decision-making
• Drive reporting automation, dashboarding, and process improvement initiatives
• Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews with commentary and analysis
• Participate in strategic initiatives, transitions, and ad-hoc financial analyses
• Build strong understanding of business KPIs, contracts, and commercial performance
• Collaborate independently with stakeholders and provide regular business updates

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of overall experience with 4+ years in FP&A / Business Finance
• Strong experience in:
• Client Billing & Invoicing
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Variance Analysis
• P&L Reporting
• KPI Reporting & Analytics
• Financial Modeling
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SQL, or reporting tools is preferred
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a global and fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Shared Services / GCC environment
• Exposure to client-facing finance operations
• Experience supporting operational finance and reporting processes

Qualification

• B.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification
