Job Description
About The Role:
- Researching and analyzing new business opportunities and producing clear summaries to
- enable decision-making
- Data collection and updates of existing databases to deliver regular market and economic
- updates.
- Develop detailed overviews of identified prospects for business development.
- Cooperate with other business lines teams, gather, analyze, and use regional and local market competitive, client, and industry insights to produce market thought leadership.
- Support business development activities, including presenting market updates to clients.
- Undertake independent market analyses for ad-hoc reports as defined by the business (e.g. location analysis, Power BI reports).
- Undertake detailed data collection and analysis, report writing and where required, contributing to client presentations.
- Source and collect data to provide deep data analysis to reveal key strategic insights, required
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling multiple business units & service lines within individual research outputs
- Perform other related duties as required.
- 3+ years experience
- Strong verbal and written English proficiency
- Strong research and analytic skills
- Experience with external datasets and providers (e.g. D&B Hoovers, Zoominfo, Costar, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Experience with web-based and social media research
- Ability to effectively communicate with a range of external stakeholders and provide informative data through regular presentations
- Integrated Facilities Management and/or Commercial Real Estate knowledge preferred
