🏢 Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Controller to oversee the financial operations of our company. The Finance Controller will be responsible for managing accounting records, evaluating financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing strategic insights to support business growth.

📊 Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s degree in Finance, or related field, Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com.
• Experience 3–5 years in finance, accounting, or auditing.
• Strong knowledge of banking task, loan part, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and tax regulations.
• Excellent knowledge of MIS and Advance Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• High integrity and attention to detail.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reports, P&L and Balance Sheet, budgets, and future financial plans.
• Keep track of the company's cash flow and ensure there is enough money for daily operations.
• Coordinate with bank for all banking and loan related work.
• Maintaining investment and due diligent related tasks. 
• Set up and maintain controls to protect company funds and assets.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to help management make business decisions.
• Work closely with senior management to support business goals through effective financial planning.
• Improve financial processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Should have knowledge of managing exhibitions, conferences, and travel arrangements, including visa processing, hotel bookings, and ticket reservations.
