Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller based in Kolkata. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, ensuring accounting compliance, and supporting decision-making with sound financial analysis. The role includes monitoring budgets, optimizing financial processes, preparing reports for stakeholders, and delivering insights to drive the organization’s economic efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Accounting principles and practices
• Exceptional Analytical Skills and knowledge of Finance to support strategic decision-making
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CFA are highly desirable
• Prior experience in a similar capacity, ideally within the manufacturing, distribution, or real estate sectors
