Finance Controller – New Device Distribution

Location: Dubai UAE / Regional Role - Onsite

Industry: Electronics & Device Distribution

We are seeking a commercially driven Finance Controller to lead financial operations and

P&L performance across regional device distribution markets. The role focuses on

profitability, financial controls, strategic planning, and supporting business growth across

multiple countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple markets
• Manage full P&L performance, margin optimization, and cost control
• Oversee channel partner finance, working capital, and financial governance
• Support pricing strategies, product launches, and business expansion decisions
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance, audit readiness, and reporting structures
• Partner with Sales and Supply Chain teams on logistics costs and profitability analysis

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
• 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles in distribution.
• Strong background in distribution, retail, or supply chain-driven businesses
• Experience in multi-country P&L management and working capital optimization
• Strong understanding of channel-led distribution models within electronics,
• telecom, or FMCG industries
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
