We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Gurugram, India. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Modeling Build and maintain financial models (DCF, comparable company, precedent transactions, LBO, etc.) for valuation and investment analysis. Analyze financial statements, cash flow projections, and key performance metrics. Support due diligence by assessing target company performance, financial risks, and growth drivers. 2. Research & Strategy Support Conduct industry, company, and market research across multiple sectors ? particularly technology, manufacturing, and consumer industries. Prepare investment memorandums, pitch decks, and strategic reports for clients and internal presentations. Synthesize insights from both quantitative and qualitative data to support strategy formulation. 3. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Liaise with partner office in the U.S. to understand requirements, timelines, and expectations. Present findings and analyses in a clear, concise manner to cross-border teams and senior stakeholders. Support senior consultants in project management and deliverables coordination across time zones. 4. M&A and Transaction Support Assist in target screening, financial due diligence, and synergy evaluation for buy-side and sell-side mandates. Conduct valuation benchmarking and provide support in preparing Information Memorandums (IMs) and Management Presentations. Qualifications Required: Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field. 3?5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting. Demonstrated experience working with or analyzing American companies or markets. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and Excel/PowerPoint skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Candidate must be an excellent team player with the ability to complete the tasks within stipulated timelines and should be comfortable travelling within India & abroad, as per the requirements. Preferred: MBA, CFA, or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory). Prior experience in cross-border M&A projects or research advisory roles. Exposure to Japanese or Southeast Asian clients would be an advantage. Familiarity with PitchBook, Capital IQ, Orbis, or FactSet.
