Financial Analyst

Role Overview:

The Financial Analyst & Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting strategic financial planning, fundraising initiatives, financial reporting, and performance analysis for Commercial Real Estate under the CEO Office. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management and experience in financial modelling and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support capital planning and fundraising activities for commercial real estate projects
• Assist in preparation and consolidation of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for assets and the overall portfolio
• Build and maintain financial models for leasing, asset performance, project feasibility, and investment analysis
• Analyse rental yields, occupancy trends, lease structures, and revenue performance across commercial properties
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis at asset and portfolio levels
• Prepare investor presentations, management reports, and financial packs for leadership, Audit Committee, and Board Meetings.
• Collaborate with leasing, sales, and project teams to track performance and provide actionable financial insights
• Indirect cost management viz. admin, SG&A
• Develop performance metrics to evaluate operational efficiency and cost overruns.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in financial modelling and analysis
• Proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools
• Experience in handling consolidated financials and management reporting
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) / CFA (or equivalent qualification)
