Financial Analyst

This role sits at the intersection of data, business, and decision-making. The Financial Analyst will translate numbers into narratives, helping leadership understand where the business stands and where it can go next. It’s not just about reporting—it’s about insight, clarity, and influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning cycles
• Prepare variance analysis and explain performance against forecasts
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-backed decisions
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership visibility
• Assist in cost optimization and revenue enhancement initiatives
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling)
• Experience with financial tools like SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of financial statements and key metrics
• Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus
