Job Description:-

1. Develop and implement financial models, forecasts, and budgets for real estate projects including internal rate of return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), and cash flow analysis,

2. Conduct market trend analysis, evaluate investment opportunities, and perform due diligence for acquisitions or developments,

3. Manage cash flow, secure financing from banks or investors, negotiate terms, and prepare reports for stakeholders and executives

4. Financial, Management, and Cost accounting - Ensuring that all financial, management and cost accounting records are accurately and timely prepared and maintained so that they are actionable and verifiable.Assessing correctness, adequacy and timeliness of financial accounting records by verifying the recording and classification of the transactions of the company for all assets, liabilities, revenues, and expenses.

5. Active participation in ABP & SBP preparation and support in achieving results as per plans.

6. Effective project costs monitoring, control and flag off and thereby minimizing deviation in services and projects commitment by Real Estate – Project Development

7. Revenue assurance, monitoring billing and collection, DM fees payment, 100% loyalty of key accounts

8. RERA documentation, certification & bank account opening for company project.

9. Competitors benchmarking and identifying areas of improvement

10. Preparation / validation of financial feasibility of new business proposal

11. Supporting in strategic initiative taken by business and finance

12. Supporting internal audit, statutory audits, tax audit and providing details to rating agency

Requisite Qualification Essential CA/CMA

Requisite Experience

Essential 2 years of work experience in Real Estate Industry

Preferred Experience in Real Estate Financial Modelling
