As an Assistant Manager at Deloitte, you will oversee process delivery, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. You’ll manage team performance, support transitions, drive operational improvements, and collaborate across functions to implement best practices and deliver business value.

Level: Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager at Deloitte, you will oversee process delivery, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. You’ll manage team performance, support transitions, drive operational improvements, and collaborate across functions to implement best practices and deliver business value.
Work you'll do
As an Operations Assistant Manager on the Enterprise Operations as A Service team, you will be responsible for:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of accounts receivable subprocesses including billing, cash application, adjustments, deduction management, dispute management, collections, and customer interactions
- Act as a process advisor in client sessions, manage delivery against scope, and raise concerns related to resourcing, onboarding, infrastructure, or facilities
- Review and approve transactions, monitor volumes and service-level agreement performance, and track deliverables against statements of work and transition plans
- Lead process transitions, maintain and update standard operating procedures, resolve risks and issues, and provide reporting to governance forums
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, standardize transactions, and drive operational efficiencies
- Support account growth and team performance by contributing process expertise to proposals, managing engagement economics, and providing performance assessment for junior professionals

Qualifications
Required:
- 8 to 12 years of experience in accounts receivable functions
- Experience leading end-to-end delivery of accounts receivable subprocesses including billing, cash application, adjustments, dispute management, and collections
- Experience reviewing and approving transactions based on defined process workflows
- Experience tracking service-level agreements, deliverables, and operational metrics
- Experience updating standard operating procedures and supporting process transitions
- Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Business Administration, or equivalent 3-year graduate degree
- Flexibility to work in any shift, including night shift
- Oracle or SAP certification
- Experience participating in client sessions and stakeholder management
- Experience supporting governance reporting and issue resolution
- Experience implementing process improvements and transaction standardization
- Experience supporting engagement economics and resource tracking
- Experience providing performance assessment for junior professionals
