Position Summary
Level: Executive Manager
As a Executive Manager at Deloitte, you will lead process delivery and transitions, oversee issue resolution, and ensure client satisfaction across multiple accounts. You’ll drive operational improvements, manage team performance and resources, champion change initiatives, and provide executive-level reporting. Your role includes advising clients, implementing best practices, supporting business growth, and ensuring delivery excellence.

Work Model: Work from Office (All 5 days)
Shift: 24*7 (Including Night Shift)

Position Summary
Level: Executive Manager
As a Executive Manager at Deloitte, you will lead process delivery and transitions, oversee issue resolution, and ensure client satisfaction across multiple accounts. You’ll drive operational improvements, manage team performance and resources, champion change initiatives, and provide executive-level reporting. Your role includes advising clients, implementing best practices, supporting business growth, and ensuring delivery excellence.
Work you’ll do:
- Account Receivable Executive Manager will be responsible for overall delivery of AR processes (Billing, Cash Application, Adjustments, deduction management, dispute management, collection, customer handing & interaction) for their defined cluster/location ensuring seamless service delivery, maximum stakeholder satisfaction and effective people management. The Manager will also be responsible for issue resolution originating at the served cluster/locations.
- Act as a Process Tower leader (e.g. entire O2C process) to drive & manage transition and steady state activities
- Owns transition plan and acts as a program level manager / Finance Operations expert to the client
- Acts as a process advisor to the client and deliver value-driven transition and transformation of finance processes using advanced tools & technology
- Acts as process expert on multiple accounts
- Monitor engagement economics, hiring, resourcing and delivery of project against Master transition plan
- Responsible for executive leadership reporting
- Ensures timely and accurate responses to audit queries and information requests
- Drives process standardization and improvements / transformation
- Acts as a change champion and drives change management for transformational initiatives
- Simplify and differentiate delivery with consistent methods / tools with focus on gaining operational efficiencies & improving SLAs/key metrics
- Apply forward thinking, best practices and fresh insights to deliver on key metrics / SLAs and to deliver value at clients
- Strategically look for opportunities to grow our footprint at our clients
- Take interviews for hiring junior practitioners
- Undertake training on sales delivery, project economics, executive reporting
- Engages as a subject matter expert in assessment of scope enhancement proposals supporting Leadership
- Manage resource management & performance management for multiple accounts

Qualifications Required:
- B. Com / BBA or similar 3-year graduate course
- Total experience of 17+ year in AR function
- Basic knowledge on MS Excel
- Any Certification on Oracle/SAP (Not a must)
- Good understanding of the AR process
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work in any shift including night shift
