About the Company
Beagle Security is a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company helping organizations secure their applications through automated vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT). Our customers are primarily based in the US and Europe, and we are expanding rapidly.
We are looking for a passionate and responsible Finance Operations Manager who can support the company's growth by strengthening our people operations and financial discipline.
Role Overview
This role combines Human Resources and Finance Operations responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys solving people-related challenges while also managing financial processes that keep the organization running smoothly.
You will work closely with leadership to ensure employees are empowered, operations run efficiently, and financial processes remain organized and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Operations
- Run monthly payroll and ensure timely salary processing
- Handle GST filings and compliance
- Manage SEZ compliance and related documentation
- Generate and manage customer invoices
- Track payments and follow up with customers for receivables
- Maintain financial records and assist with accounting processes
- Coordinate with auditors, accountants, and tax consultants
- Provide financial insights to leadership for better decision making
Human Resources
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle (hiring, onboarding, engagement, and exit processes)
- Actively identify and resolve employee challenges and workplace issues
- Help employees improve performance and reach the next level in their careers
- Maintain HR policies, documentation, and employee records
- Support recruitment coordination and hiring processes
- Organize employee engagement initiatives and internal programs
- Ensure a positive and healthy workplace culture
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years experience in finance, or operations roles
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and Zoho books
- Strong understanding of payroll, GST, and accounting basics
- Experience handling invoicing and financial tracking
- Ability to handle employee relations and HR challenges
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in startup or technology companies
- Familiarity with SEZ compliance
- Basic understanding of financial reporting and budgeting
