Role Description The Finance Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rewari, responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations and supporting strategic decision-making. Core tasks include preparing, reviewing, and maintaining financial statements, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. The role involves handling financial reporting for management, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies. The Finance Officer will analyze financial data to identify trends and risks, support audits, and collaborate with internal teams to provide clear financial insights. Regular communication with leadership and other departments is expected to support accurate planning and efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong finance knowledge, including experience with core Finance concepts and Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify variances, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Reporting, including preparing periodical reports and supporting audits and compliance.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present financial insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing or industrial operations, Busy, Tally.
- Ability to work on-site in Rewari, manage multiple priorities, and uphold confidentiality and ethical financial practices.
