Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tamil Nadu, India, for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, manage budgets, handle forecasting, and prepare financial reports. The role includes monitoring financial performance, ensuring compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and providing strategic advice to support business decisions. The Finance Manager will also liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure a smooth financial operation.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficient in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
• Strong skills in financial analysis, data interpretation, and strategic decision-making
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present financial insights clearly
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and spreadsheet software
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CA are highly desirable
• Prior experience in financial management within the manufacturing sector is a plus
