Finance Manager

Job Title: Head of Finance & Accounts

Additional Oversight: Estimation (profitability & feasibility)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Finance & Accounts to lead and manage the Finance, Accounts, Purchase, and Inventory functions at Concord. This senior leadership role ensures financial health, statutory compliance, and operational efficiency, while directly advising the MD on financial planning and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day financial operations.
• Lead financial operations including cash flow, compliance (GST, TDS, payroll), and financial reporting.
• Oversee purchase operations, vendor negotiations, and inventory control.
• Validate project estimates, ensure profitability, and conduct job costing analysis.
• Submit monthly MIS reports and advise the MD on financial risks and growth strategies.
• Co-Ordinate with internal departments for financial planning and analysis.

Requirements:

• CA/CMA Inter with 5–6 years of relevant experience, or M. Com with 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Proven leadership exposure in managing Finance, Accounts, Purchase, and Inventory teams.
• Strong understanding of project-based costing, compliance, and operational finance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
