Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in New Delhi. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting to support strategic decision-making. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing accounting operations, monitoring cash flow, preparing financial statements,cross border transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant FEMA regulations and internal controls. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, optimize costs, and support pricing and investment decisions. The Finance Manager will also lead or support audits, manage relationships with banks and financial partners, and implement process improvements to strengthen financial discipline in a fast-paced technology-led organization.
Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong skills in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
  • Candidates should possess skills in accounting operations, such as general ledger management, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
  • Candidates should possess skills in financial reporting and compliance, including preparation of financial statements and familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Candidates should possess skills in cash flow management, cost control, and profitability analysis to support business growth.
  • Candidates should possess skills in business partnering, stakeholder communication, and presenting financial insights to leadership.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of Finance tools (e.g., ERP systems, spreadsheet modeling, BI g analytical and problem-solving abilities.
