Job Description


📍 Location: Kochi

We’re looking for a proactive Finance & Accounts Manager to take ownership of our end-to-end finance function and support key business decisions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong analytical skills, and can balance strategy with hands-on execution.

What you’ll do:
  • Manage complete accounting and finance operations including budgeting, planning, and reporting
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and cost controls
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory requirements
  • Handle internal and external audits and coordinate with auditors
  • Prepare MIS, financial forecasts, and business models for management
  • Strengthen internal controls and improve financial processes
  • Liaise with banks, vendors, auditors, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead the accounts team and ensure timely closure of books
What we’re looking for:
  • CA or CA Intermediate qualification
  • 3–7 years of experience in Finance / Accounts
  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and audit
  • Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and advanced MS Excel
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership
