Job Description

Position title

Finance Manager

Description

To establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
Periodic statutory Compliances viz.TDS Return, GST Return.
Income Tax Return & Profession Tax Return etc.
Responsible for all direct and indirect taxation viz. Income Tax, TDS, GST etc.
Statutory audit & Income Tax Audit.
Preparing quarterly and annual financials.
MIS preparations as per requirement.
Scrutiny of all ledgers.
Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
Support internal, statutory & taxation audits.
Support Monthly Closing.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.
Direct and coordinate company-level financial planning and budget management functions.
Monitor benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance.
Monitor and analyse monthly operating results against budget.
Manage the preparation of financial forecasts when required
To maintain good relationships with external bodies like banks, regulators, auditors and external consultants for the smooth functioning of the finance department (if required)
To provide direction, motivation and training to the finance team, thus ensuring optimum performance.
