Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to join our growing finance team. This role will have an initial focus on GL Accounting and Statutory Compliance, with evolving responsibilities supporting broader month-end close and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting fundamentals, ERP proficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Reporting (Approx. 70%)

• Working on Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
• Timely submission of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Group reporting packs (including investor reporting)
• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g. IGAAP).
• Review of GLs and preparation of Schedules for financial statements like AP, AR, Prepay, Inter Company and others
• Review and Preparation of FA Schedule, Prepaid and Accrual Schedule
• Coordination with Group finance teams and assisting on ad hoc reports
• Experience in handling financial audits like Stat Audit, Internal Audit and etc..
• Review of existing controls or SOPs and aligning with business requirements.
• Vendor code approvals in the ERP and its compliance with internal SOP
• Posting of various kinds of invoices and Journals.
• Monthly payroll accounting and its payment compliances
• Implement process automation and digital reporting tools to enhance accuracy and productivity.
• Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and statutory agencies.
• Support ERP implementation or enhancements related to fixed asset processes.
• Assisting in Interco Reconciliations and Solving Group team requirements.

Compliance (Approx. 30% and growing)

• Ensure timely filing of tax returns like TDS, GST, Income Tax and TP.
• Ensure timely payment of taxes like TDS, GST, Advance Tax, and others
• Company filings and regulatory submissions with ROC, RBI and others.
• Handling of GST, IT Assessments and coordination with consultants
• Transfer Pricing Compliance and filing of necessary forms before regulatory authorities
• Liaison with auditors, taxation authorities, and regulatory bodies.
