Finance Executive

Job Description

Even Hospital is looking for a detail-oriented Executive – Finance to join our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting operations, invoice processing, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and financial record maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase and expense bills and ensure timely payments.
• Manage supplier and contractor payments.
• Perform supplier account reconciliations.
• Handle bank reconciliations and monitor banking transactions.
• Process routine accounting entries and maintain financial records.
• Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders.
• Support day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
• Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform additional finance-related tasks assigned by management.
  
  

Candidate Profile

• B.Com / Commerce Graduate.
• 0–3 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles,bookkeeping and Accounts Payables
• Experience with invoice processing, reconciliations, and vendor payments.
• Basic knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel preferred.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
