Role Summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive to support day-to-day financial operations, ensure accurate accounting, timely compliance, and assist in MIS reporting. This role will play a key part in maintaining financial discipline and supporting business decisions through reliable data.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Book Closure

· Support monthly and annual books closure

· Ensure accurate recording of transactions, accruals, and provisions

· Maintain proper ledgers and reconciliations

2. MIS & Reporting

· Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis

· Assist in tracking product-wise and channel-wise profitability

· Support data preparation for management review

3. Statutory Compliance

· Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

· Perform reconciliations such as GSTR-2B vs purchase register, TDS, and ledgers

· Coordinate with auditors during audits

4. Working Capital Management

· Track receivables, payables, and vendor/customer balances

· Assist in monitoring cash flow and fund requirements

5. Cost Tracking & Control

· Track key cost components such as procurement, logistics, warehouse, and manpower

· Support cost analysis and identify areas for improvement

6. Operational Support

· Work closely with internal teams for data collection and validation

· Support implementation of financial processes and systems

What We’re Looking For

· CA Inter / CMA Inter / MBA (Finance) or equivalent

· Minimum 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting

· Strong knowledge of:

o Accounting & book closure

o Statutory compliance (GST, TDS)

o MIS preparation

· Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP tools (Zoho, Tally, etc.)

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills

· Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
