Job Description – Finance Controllership And Reporting

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented finance professional to support financial reporting, controllership, and close activities. The role requires strong technical accounting knowledge, sound analytical ability, and the capability to work closely with business stakeholders to improve reporting quality, strengthen controls, and drive process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end close activities and support timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review MIS reports and management reporting packs for key stakeholders.
• Review financial statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable accounting standards.
• Identify accounting, reporting, and control risk areas and provide practical recommendations for remediation.
• Partner with business teams to track and address outstanding accounts receivable and other working capital matters.
• Drive process efficiency and support automation initiatives across reporting and controllership activities.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Chartered Accountant with 8–10 years of post-qualification experience in financial statement reporting, controllership, and audit.
• Strong technical expertise in Ind AS and IFRS.
• Experience in e-commerce or FMCG business environments will be an added advantage.
