Finance Business Partner

We are looking for a Business Finance Partner to support business unit leadership with strategic financial planning, forecasting, and performance insights. This role will be responsible for P&L management, budgeting, revenue analysis, billing support, and driving cost optimization initiatives to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Business Unit (BU) Leads to provide strategic finance and decision-making support
• Drive forecasting, budgeting, and annual operating plan (AOP) activities
• Own and manage P&L reporting and analysis for assigned business units
• Provide end-to-end finance support for billing, revenue recognition, and cost optimization
• Analyze revenue models, revenue cadence, and business financial performance trends
• Track and report key financial metrics such as margins, profitability, and efficiency ratios
• Support leadership with actionable insights to improve financial performance and business outcomes
• Identify opportunities for improving processes, controls, and financial reporting accuracy

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• MBA in Finance (CA qualification is good to have)
• Strong experience in Business Finance / FP&A / Finance Business Partnering
• 5–6 years of relevant experience supporting business units with forecasting and P&L ownership
• Hands-on experience in billing, revenue management, and cost optimization
• Strong understanding of revenue models, financial metrics, and performance drivers
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to revenue recognition frameworks and compliance practices
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
