We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to support our US finance operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), QuickBooks, stakeholder coordination, foreign exchange transactions, and financial operations. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively during US business hours are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and transactions in QuickBooks.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and US-based teams to resolve finance-related queries.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely follow-up on outstanding payments and customer accounts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Support audits and compliance requirements related to financial operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve finance processes and reporting accuracy.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Experience in US Finance operations.
• Understanding of Forex conversion and international transactions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience working with US clients or US accounting processes.
• Familiarity with financial compliance and reporting standards.
