Role Description The Finance Accounting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable and receivable, and monthly closings. The manager will prepare and review financial statements, coordinate financial reporting, and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Daily responsibilities include monitoring budgets, analyzing variances, supporting internal controls, and providing financial insights to management for decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with other departments, supervising accounting staff, and assisting with audits and process improvements.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret data and support sound business decisions.
• Candidates should possess solid experience in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate and timely disclosures.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Budgeting to plan, monitor, and manage financial resources effectively.
• Candidates should ideally have knowledge of accounting standards, taxation basics, and internal controls.
• Candidates should have proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel, along with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Candidates should demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to lead and mentor an accounting team.
• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required; a professional qualification (CA, CMA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
