Key Responsibilities (Folks, please read this carefully)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Accounting Executive to oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support the leadership team with insights that drive smart decision-making. If you have experience working in a fast-paced marketing or creative agency and are comfortable juggling clients, vendors, and multiple projects, we’d love to meet you.

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations: general ledger, AR/AP, expense tracking, bank reconciliations, payroll coordination
• Maintain accurate records in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Tally, etc.)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, income tax, etc.)
• Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
• Track project-wise profitability and client billing cycles
• Generate dashboards and reports for leadership review
• Support forecasting and cash flow management
• Oversee vendor invoicing, payment cycles, and negotiations
• Manage client billing, collections, and contracts
• Coordinate with account managers for timely invoicing and cost controls

What Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience (marketing agency preferred)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, and MIS reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting tools like QuickBooks, Zoho, or Tally
• Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, creative, multi-stakeholder environment
