Finacle Test Engineer (Asset Management / Lending Focus)

We are hiring experienced Finacle Test Engineers with strong expertise in Asset Management (Lending) modules within Finacle Core Banking for a GCC banking project. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Finacle functional testing, strong banking domain knowledge, and experience across the complete testing lifecycle.

Primary Skill Requirements (Highest Priority - Asset Management Modules)

• Hands-on experience in Finacle Core Banking testing.
• Strong experience in Asset Management / Lending modules, including:
• Loan Origination System (LOS)
• Loan Management System (LMS) / Loan Servicing
• Limits Management (credit limits, exposure tracking)
• Collateral Management
• Loan Disbursement and Repayment Processing
• Interest and Charges Configuration
• Loan Lifecycle Management
• Collections / Recovery / NPA Processing
• Loan Restructuring / Rescheduling workflows
• Strong understanding of lending workflows and asset lifecycle processes.

• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle
• Experience in test planning, test execution, and defect management.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as:
• JIRA, Bugzilla, HP QC / ALM or similar tools
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and backend testing.

• Experience in non-asset Finacle modules such as CASA, Payments, Deposits, Trade Finance, or Customer Management.
• Exposure to automation testing or performance testing tools.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or DevOps environments.
• Finacle customization or scripting knowledge.
• Experience in Finacle implementation, upgrade, or migration projects.

• Test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Integration and API testing exposure.
• Database validation and query execution.

• Design, review, and execute detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Validate Asset Management (Lending) modules and end-to-end loan lifecycle processes.
• Log, track, and manage defects using defect tracking tools.
• Validate banking workflows, transactions, and regulatory processes.
• Support integration testing with third-party banking systems.
• Work closely with business analysts and developers to ensure issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain test documentation for audits and quality reviews.
• Ensure compliance with banking standards and testing best practices.

• Experience working on Finacle implementations (Mandatory).
• Experience in GCC banking projects.(Preferred)
• Exposure to Islamic banking / Islamic financing workflows (Murabaha, Ijara, etc.) is a strong advantage.
• Experience working in onsite client environments and stakeholder communication skills

• 4–8+ years of experience in Finacle testing or core banking testing.
• Banking or financial services domain background.
