Role Description

We are seeking a Finance Planning & Account Manager to oversee financial strategies, manage budgets, and maintain accurate accounting records. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore. Responsibilities include financial analysis, cost control, overseeing audits, forecasting, and preparing financial statements. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with organizational goals as well as ensuring regulatory compliance.


Finance Leadership & Operations

  • Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to the finance and accounting team
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and controls
  • Oversee financial systems, processes, and reporting frameworks

 

Financial Planning, Budgeting & Reporting

  • Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Plant controlling, cost accounting, and variance analysis.
  • Manage cash flow and working capital effectively, optimizing the utilization of funds
  • Support preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in coordination with business teams.
  • Oversee end-to-end working capital management including receivables, payables, inventory, and cash flows.
  • Accounts Payable / Receivable, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. Treasury and banking operations, payment controls, guarantees, LCs.
  • GST compliance returns and reconciliations. Coordination with external CAs for income tax matters
  • Corporate and legal governance handled by Regional / Group functions
  • Ensure full compliance with Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.

 

Compliance, Taxation & Regulatory

  • Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including:
  • GST, TDS, Income Tax, Corporate Tax
  • Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies
  • Manage audits and strengthen internal control frameworks

  • Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)
  • Exposure to audits and financial controls is critical

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
