Role Description
We are seeking a Finance Planning & Account Manager to oversee financial strategies, manage budgets, and maintain accurate accounting records. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore. Responsibilities include financial analysis, cost control, overseeing audits, forecasting, and preparing financial statements. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with organizational goals as well as ensuring regulatory compliance.
Finance Leadership & Operations
- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight to the finance and accounting team
- Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and controls
- Oversee financial systems, processes, and reporting frameworks
Financial Planning, Budgeting & Reporting
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing. Plant controlling, cost accounting, and variance analysis.
- Manage cash flow and working capital effectively, optimizing the utilization of funds
- Support preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts in coordination with business teams.
- Oversee end-to-end working capital management including receivables, payables, inventory, and cash flows.
- Accounts Payable / Receivable, invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. Treasury and banking operations, payment controls, guarantees, LCs.
- GST compliance returns and reconciliations. Coordination with external CAs for income tax matters
- Corporate and legal governance handled by Regional / Group functions
- Ensure full compliance with Accounting Standards and statutory requirements.
Compliance, Taxation & Regulatory
- Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including:
- GST, TDS, Income Tax, Corporate Tax
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies
- Manage audits and strengthen internal control frameworks

- CMA (Cost & Management Accountant)
- CS (Company Secretary)
- Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)
- Exposure to audits and financial controls is critical
- Strategic financial planning

- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Work Experience- Typically 10+ years in finance-related roles
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in financial strategy development and implementation.
