Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Figma UI/UX Designer at Insu Creation Private Limited. The primary responsibilities include designing user interfaces and user experiences that are visually appealing and highly functional. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user needs into design solutions, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and conduct usability testing to refine designs. Additionally, the designer will ensure that all deliverables align with branding guidelines and project goals. Qualifications Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups Strong skills in user research, usability testing, and information architecture Knowledge of design principles, layout, color theory, and typography Understanding of web and mobile design standards, responsiveness, and accessibility Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail Bachelor?s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
