Field Support Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Support Engineer located in Chennai. The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for providing hands-on technical support, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and assisting customers with operational concerns. The role involves troubleshooting, maintaining and upgrading IT systems, performing routine system checks, and collaborating with clients to deliver excellent customer service and technical solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in hardware and software support
• Proficiency in providing effective technical and customer support
• Hands-on experience working with various operating systems, including installation and maintenance
• Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
• Understanding of basic networking concepts is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
• Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) is a plus
