Field Service Technician

Our equipment lineup includes digital knife cutting tables, waterjet cutting systems, die cutting presses, slitters-rewinders, specialty laminators, and more.

As a Field Service Technician, you’ll work directly with advanced industrial machinery both in our Loveland, OH showroom and at customer facilities throughout the eastern United States. No two weeks are exactly the same. One day you may be assembling a machine, and the next you could be troubleshooting electrical systems, supporting customers remotely, or helping run a live equipment demonstration.

• Assist with machinery assembly and installation at our Loveland, OH showroom and customer facilities
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems through phone, email, and video support
• Read schematics, technical manuals, and parts documentation to diagnose issues and identify components
• Support machinery repair and maintenance at customer sites
• Assist the sales team with live equipment demonstrations and showroom presentations
• Collaborate with experienced senior technicians during training and field service visits
• Deliver outstanding customer support and help customers maximize equipment performance

• Ability to read electrical schematics
• Experience using electrical meters for troubleshooting
• Familiarity with basic mechanical tools and repair principles
• Interest in electro-mechanical systems
• Experience with PC hardware and/or 2D CAD software
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Our Loveland, Ohio office supports customers across all states east of the Mississippi River and down through South Carolina.

• Average travel schedule is approximately 8 to 10 days per month
• Most trips begin Monday and wrap up Thursday or Friday
• No regular weekend travel expected
• All travel expenses covered, including meal per diem
• Occasional opportunities to travel to: Canada, Mexico, Alaska, Hawaii, Caribbean Islands
• Every 3 to 4 years, technicians may have the opportunity to travel to Italy to visit our manufacturing partners and explore upcoming technologies
