Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in heavy equipment, ensuring timely and effective repairs.
• Carry out maintenance and repair of Backhoe Loaders, Wheel Loaders, Excavators, and Compactors.
• Inspect hydraulic, engine, and electrical systems to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Provide on-site technical support and service to customers.
• Coordinate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure prompt service delivery.
• Maintain service records and follow company safety and quality standards.
• Minimize equipment downtime through efficient fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance.
  
  

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment maintenance or servicing.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding skills for Backhoe Loaders, Wheel Loaders, Excavators, and Compactors.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic, engine, and electrical systems.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently in field locations while collaborating effectively with the service team.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with direct field service experience in heavy equipment maintenance. However, candidates with workshop or garage experience are also encouraged to apply. Applicants with experience in the maintenance of commercial vehicles and tractors will also be considered.
