Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Engineer based in Ludhiana. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing various product types, including UPS systems and inverters. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering effective technical support to customers. The role emphasizes ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt and reliable service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service, including product installations and on-site support.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues effectively.
• Ability to perform Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance and longevity.
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Problem-solving aptitude and hands-on technical ability.
• Relevant qualifications, such as a diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related fields, are preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for on-site responsibilities as required.
