Hiring: Field Sales Representative – B2B (Raipur)


Company: Scidecs Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Work Mode: On-field (Client Visits Required)

Working Days: 6 days a week


About the Role


We are looking for a proactive and confident Field Sales Representative based in Raipur who can meet business owners and decision-makers in person. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face interactions and wants to build a strong career in B2B sales.


You will represent our company directly in the market, understand client requirements, and introduce ERP solutions that help businesses streamline their operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visit businesses, factories, and offices in and around Raipur
  • Meet decision-makers (Owners, Directors, Managers) in person
  • Understand client requirements and present Odoo ERP solutions
  • Generate qualified leads and coordinate meetings with the internal sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
  • Track daily visits, follow-ups, and conversions
